The reservation is considered valid with the consequent payment of the 25% deposit and then the total balance 15 days before arrival.
How to modify the resevation?
It is possible to change (names on) the reservation WITHOUT PENALTIES up to 30 days before arrival, but please check first the AVAILABILITY, for dates or structure variation.
What are the payment methods?
The reservation can be paid by credit card online, calling with one of our operators or by bank transfer.
We accepted VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, CARTASI, NEXI.
Are there minimum stays? Fixed arrival and departure days?
The minimum number of nights and the day of arrival may vary on some accommodation units.

Local tax
Yes, only in some of our Camping Villages there is a tourist tax, a tax that each guest must pay for each night spent directly at the reception.
The amounts vary according to the municipality.
Enviroment Contribution
Every holiday has an environmental impact, but together we can do something to reduce it!
To safeguard and preserve the magnificent habitat of the naturalistic areas, in which our structures are located, we have introduced the “Environmental Contribution” 2,80€ per day per person. It is activated during the booking phase and is entirely intended to finance actions for environmental sustainability.
RECEPTION
What are the check-in/check-out times?
The check-in for the village sector is scheduled from 17.00, check-out by 9.00.
Instead, for the camping sector, check-in is scheduled from 12.00 and check-out by 10.00.
What are the opening hours of the cash desk?
The cash desk is open from 8 to 12 and from 17 to 19 every day
What are the reception hours?
The reception is open, in high season, from 7a.m. to 11.00 p.m.
Is there a time of silence?
Yes, from 1p.m. to 3p.m. and from 11p.m. to 7a.m.
Is it possible to enter/ leave the campsite at night?
During the time of silence, it Is mandatory to leave the car in the parking lot and access the property only on foot.
Is the late check-out possible?
Yes, subject to availability of the accommodation, it is possible to obtain a late check-out until 6.00 pm with the payment of 50% of the daily rate. The service can be purchased only in Reception and it will be confirmed the day before departure.
Are checks accepted?
No, they aren’t! Only credit card (no American Express) or cash payments are accepted
Is there a Lost & Found office?

What types of pitches are available?
It is possible to view the different types of pitches here
How many Amps are available on the pitch?
The amperage varies according to the type. Our pitches array from 4 amps to 16 amps.
Are all pitches equipped with water loading/unloading?
No, only some types have loading/unloading on pitches, you can check the types here
Can I have a BBQ on the pitch?
According to the National Forestry rules, it is not allowed and there is no barbecue area in this campsite.
Is it possible to book a specific pitch?
If you are choosing the pre-booking phase and pay by the 31.10, you can book a specific pitch. Otherwise, you can specify a preference at the time of booking and we will do our best to satisfy your request, if it is possible.
Can I have guests just for the daytime?
It is possible to have guests for the day, but you must register the entrance with their documents at the reception and paying the Visitor Fee from 10.00 to 22.00
PUBLIC BATHROOM
Where to empty the chemical toilet?
At the campground bathrooms there is the designed area where you can empty the chemical toilet
Are there any private bathrooms available?
You can book a private bathroom located where the campground bathrooms are. Subject to availability, this service can also be requested at the reception.
Are there any washing machines and dryers available?
Yes there Is an special area dedicated to washing machines and dryers, at payment
ACCOMODATIONS
How many people can mobile homes accommodate?
Our mobile homes accommodate from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 6 people
Are sheets and towels included?
Usually sheets and towels cost € 13/set for the double bed and € 11/set for the single bed, while towels cost € 20/set (one-time). It is possible to add this service both at the time of booking and on site at the same price.
Is final cleaning included?
No, if guests leave the accommodation clean as it was, no amount will be charged. However, it is possible to purchase this service at a cost of € 70 for total final cleaning or € 50 for partial cleaning.

No problem, our restaurant will try to meet all your needs, but please report your intolerance or allergy at the time of booking.
BEACH
Is there a beach service available?
Yes, on the Amphitheater beach and at the White beach. The service is available upon request with a daily cost. It can be purchased at the time of booking or directly on Reception, upon availability.
Is my dog welcomed?
Yes of course! It is also possible to go to the beach with the dog only from 8.00 p.m., to 8.00 a.m. according to the ordinance of the Sardinia Region.

Where can I take my dog with me?
There are delimited areas where it is possible to walk the dog only on a leash
Can I take my dog on the beach?
Yes, it is possible to go to the beach with the dog only from 8.00 pm to 8.00 am according to the ordinance of the Sardinia region

Access is free upon reservation. There is a relative cost for each service and treatment. More information below
